Date – Subject Matter 10/6 – Intro to Multifamily Building Efficiency; Fuel Analysis 10/13 – Building Science, Combustion Science, Combustion Chemistry 10/20 – Central Heating Plants: Steam and Hydronic Boilers 10/27 – Central vs. Non-Central Heating of MF Buildings; Building Envelope 11/3 – Health and Safety 11/10 – Water and Domestic Hot Water 11/17 – Lighting, Appliances, other Electric 12/1 – Psychology: Owner-Tenant-Cooperator-Maintenance Issues 12/8 – The Walkthrough: What Do We Need to Record and Look at 12/15 – Final Exam: Location TBD The class will be held in Midtown Manhattan on Thursday nights from 6-9 . Paid registrants will be given exact location.
