In business since May, 2010, Brooklyn Grange has two rooftop farms in NYC selling over 40,000 lbs. of vegetables a year and has added egg-laying hens and honey bees.
Tour covers farm’s genesis, daily operations, farming methods, business model basics, principles of sustainable design, environmental benefits and more.
