Riggs is CEO and Founder of the New York City based Honest Buildings Network which connects commercial real estate professionals, companies, and projects for millions of buildings globally. Prior to founding Honest Buildings, Riggs served as Global Director of Sustainability at Tishman Speyer, a global real estate developer, owner and operator, with over 70 million square feet under management.

Scott Sidman | Senior Vice President, Building Engines, Inc.
Mr. Sidman is a real estate and technology veteran. For 9 years, he has led development and expansion of Building Engines, overseeing marketing, strategic client and partner relationships and evaluation of new markets and products for the company in thousands of buildings across hundreds of millions of square feet in the US and Canada. He is a regular writer, contributor and speaker on real estate technology, trends and best practices. Mr. Sidman was previously a principal at Cedona Technologies, a digital media and event archival firm, and founded several companies including a commercial CRE services firm in Boston. He is a graduate of Cornell University.

She was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship by the U.S. Department of State and received her BA from Swarthmore College.
