primary force in establishing the organization’s international presence. As the director of GGZ, Neil has given talks at the United Nations World
Urban Forum, the USGBC Conference, the first nrg4SD Summit and the World Congress of Architecture. He has also been involved with shaping environmental policy by writing and advising elected officials including
the North Sumatera government in Indonesia.

SPEAKER BIO
Neil Chambers is a green architect and designer with nearly 10 years experience in the field. His architectural design experience spans from
infrastructure to interiors to low-income housing. He is the owner of Chambers Design, Inc. and is a partner and CEO of NCEB Product Design. Both of his businesses specialize in sustainable design for process, buildings, interiors, products and city planning.
Neil is the founder of Green Ground Zero and the primary force in establishing the organization’s international presence. As the director of GGZ, Neil has given talks at the United Nations World Urban Forum, the USGBC Conference, the first nrg4SD Summit and the World Congress of Architecture. He has also been involved with shaping environmental policy by writing and advising elected officials including the New York City Council, New York City Comptroller’s Office and New York State Comptroller’s Office, and the North Sumatera government in Indonesia. He is an adjunct professor at New York University teaching both green design and environmental policy. Neil studied architecture at Clemson University and studio arts at Maryland Institute, College of Art.
