Starrett-Lehigh Building in Chelsea! RXR Realty, owner and manager of the building since 2011, has rolled out a plan to be a leader in energy conservation and general sustainability within the Chelsea community. This year marked the official opening of the rooftop farm; a CSA for tenants in the building; and on-site composting. Take a behind-the-scenes tour to learn about these programs as well as plans for the future of the Starrett-Lehigh.
