GreenHomeNYC is bringing in some of the top trainers in the city, including one of the people who helped to develop this certification, at a schedule that meets your work schedule, so that you can be certified by BPI as a Multifamily Building Analyst.

The class will be held in the Union Square area of Manhattan on Thursday nights from 6-9 . Paid registrants will be given exact location. The class will also include an optional Saturday field class that we will try to organize around everyone’s schedule.

F.L. Andrew Padian has 30 years of experience in the unique building science of multifamily buildings, with an emphasis on the affordable housing sector. He has performed detailed energy analysis on thousands of buildings across the country, providing recommendations for energy and water efficiency, comfort, durability, and health & safety for both new and existing buildings
