Blue Sea Development has recently completed a multifamily affordable co-op in the Bronx using some of the latest in sustainable and energy efficient design. The Melody, as the building is named, is comprised of 63 affordable one, two and three bedroom cooperative apartments with a fully equipped fitness center and outdoor fitness path. It is the first residential building in New York to comply with the NYC Active Design Guidelines, promoting physical activity and health through building design.
The Melody is Energy Star labeled under NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program and certified LEED Platinum under the USGBC’s LEED for Homes program.

The tour will be Saturday, July 23rd at 10am at The Melody located at 835 Macy Place, Bronx.
