The 1.5 hour tour and slide presentation at the construction site will provide detailed technical information on the building systems, including wall construction, air sealing, soundproofing, durability detailing, state of the art ventialtion, room by room thermostatically controlled heating, energy efficient domestic hot water production and booster pumps, reduced elctrical consumption, rain water retention and sustainable landscaping. |
